Written for John's wedding in 2011, this remains my standard wish for any couple and forms a part of other writings like Valima and Fray

Lord, what a wonder this life, what joy to live those experiences long wrought by Thee for us.

To be first children, viewing the world as wondrous, exploring it and finding those hidden treasures You left along the way.

Learning to take the bad with the good, learning that You have given us guardian angels to see us through. Giving us the power to dream as we grow up, and the ability to make those dreams come true. To give us a life and smile when we complain at the little things, knowing that one day, we will realise Your largeness of heart and the richness of life.

Then You bless us with friends as an extension of our families and we reach a new height. Just as we grow happy and grateful, You send a partner to us. A person with whom to build a home. To share life and watch it unfurl. To test our resolve and courage and forge the best in us. To help us when we falter, to give us purpose and to focus our character. To share future joys and sorrows.

And children You send, to make us learn responsibility. And to understand the bliss our parents knew when they raised us. Helpless to watch as they lead life in their own unique ways, laughing as they remind us of ourselves. Carrying our hopes forward a generation.

You accomodate every kind of person in this act of being, enriching our lives with Your grace. Watching as we discover the bounties You left for us, carrying Your spirit through our trials and reaping their rewards. Content as our relations deepen, our partner's personalities complementing our's, With our children on their way, and us at last with time to turn to Thee, to praise Thy name for life was thy gift to us.

With hearts lifted, we at last understand and bow to Thee, our Creator.

Labour Coercion

Labour coercion. 100 situations where my friends in IT - which cuts across everything today - are forced to do things that tax them physically, emotionally and even morally. Can you give examples with how the whistleblowing intervention and the corrective measures by a well meaning reformative not punitive growth and healing task force would literally graft a kinder dna onto the perpetrators and their ilk.

Lets summarize with: Type of coercion, how it plays out, how justice was wreaked, what was the shift in motives and perspectives, how all round social health was restored.

Could these be the reasons everyones mental health is failing? The toll of a compromised work ethic. I love the client who'd put only 40% of sprint capacity time into poker planning, not the super bosses who drove 2 friends to insanity after driving them to accept 16 hour days as the norm.

Six degrees of separation means I know the entire world of the shafted workforce. And post AI, greed by management is only on the rise.

What saddens me is that the ones doing the coercion once had a heart.

That's why the task force and the grafting teams exist. They've seen the dregs, but choose not to lose their inner moral calibration.

What does your dream life look life? When do you stop chasing it and start living it? Doesn't work life balance begin when you start drawing boundaries?

Is happiness really that elusive? How do you process emotion? How do you navigate conflict? What inside you is so low that you have to hide?

Pain can be a restorative and relationships easy if tended to well. There is no running from the truth of what we are - lovable, loving souls who clean forget that.

Does work have to be a drag? Are we falling prey to unnecessary clutter?

How honest are you in the mirror or with your journal?

Would you like to make friends with an intense, fun loving, bumbling guy who let's poetry and dreams dribble from his lips? Would you invite him to your home and let him just listen?

What dreams have you still, and if there was a way to make the time, what would you do with it?

Are you really OK? Wouldn't it be nice to have more growth and healing spaces where we all go for a daily recharge?

I'm Imran, I train teams to build robust web ecosystems for themselves.

Content is never lost since ours is a file based cms backed up to git. We handle markdown, html, php, sheets, decks, email engage forms, rich pages, ai chat exports and the menu is derived by simply reading folders and files.

So a website is really a 3 year outline of what sorts of content is needed, to support which areas and activities and then built iteratively.
