I am Imran - a unique, sensitive soul who sees the world feelingly. I would like to create a community (kula) around elders adding positively to the atmosphere, offering comfort, camaraderie, purpose and involvement to all.

We all have our burdens to carry, but none heavier than that of elders, whether living in “comfort” while looking for a meaning to life, or those shorn of hope for whom life is a daily struggle.

Right from a young age I have always had a rapport with the older folk around me than those of my '80s generation. Today, after 25 years as a software professional / developer and 10 years as a writer, I feel I can contribute my time to the betterment of the quality of life of those in or wanting to start places that serve as integrated families / communities. I can offer my time for:

• Technical skills as per one's interests / family / society needs.
• Help with journalling, reflection, expression, discovery and processing / maintaining relationships.
• Be a good listener and compassionate companion.
• Play tasteful music and explore themes of strength, heroism, and healing.
• join all and explore new ideas, hobbies.
• Encourage folk to find meaning in the wonder of creation.
• Work with “healthcare professionals” to see how “words and positive worldviews” can help us be more at peace.
• Create a memorabilia section online for the aging / departed for loved ones to cherish their inmost thoughts and personality.
• Explore themes of human history, spirituality, healing, societal issues in groups, encourage all present to become champions of change (in areas they feel touch close to their heart).
• From my sensitive, emotion led writing experience, I am confident to offer “spontaneous expression sessions” and 1-1 healing sessions, as I am doing this with my own loved ones through the emotions I process through my writing.

I offer these as both paid and unpaid offerings as I have always. Discounts and waivers on request. Base charges Rs 500 for support, Rs 750 for AmadeusWeb Spring, Rs 1000 for coding work. Donors to the network get DEEP credits.
